Licensed Plumber


Qualifications:

  • Must have an Illinois State Plumbing License
  • Must have or be willing to get cross-connection certified
  • Must have knowledge and experience in servicing all types of backflows/RPZ
  • Effectively communicate with the customers and have excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check

Schedule:

Dispatch/Scheduler


Qualifications: 

  • 2+ years in a dispatch and/or scheduler role 
  • 2+ years in customer service 
  • Must have strong logistic, multitasking, and communication skills and be detail-oriented
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, adaptability, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in scheduling software
  • Basic arithmetic skills
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Knowledge of central Illinois map & locations


Job Description:

  • Answering a high volume of inbound calls and making outbound calls to customers to schedule appointments
  • Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls to service technicians in the field
  • Manage technician schedules and keep customers informed
  • Maintain efficiency when scheduling & completing appointments
  • Communicate with customers via texting & email
  • Schedules and dispatches service calls to the technicians
  • Verifying Technician time and material used
  • Reschedule jobs that were not completed
  • Proactively filling technicians' schedules due to cancellations
  • Provide excellent customer service


Schedule:

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30-4:00


Pay:

  • $20.00 - $22.00 per hour




Irrigation Technician


Pay:

  • $33.81 per hour, $3.00 annuity + commission


Qualifications: 

  • 4-5 years’ experience as an Irrigation Technician
  • Effectively communicate with the customers and have excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Good knowledge of basic arithmetic, personal computers and peripheral hardware
  • Punctual and strong work ethic
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Great attitude with a desire for growth
  • Ability to work regular physical labor outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
  • Ability to read and understand irrigation plans
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair controllers, remote control valve solenoids and control wire on standard & 2-wire systems


Essential Responsibilities for Irrigation Technicians:

  • Maintain a neat and professional appearance
  • Be able to communicate with customers in a professional manor
  • Possess knowledge and experience in servicing all types of irrigation systems
  • Accurately inspect & detect deficiencies of irrigation systems
  • Enforce 100% Customer Satisfaction
  • Completing all irrigation start-ups, shut-downs, and repairs
  • Adding zones to existing irrigation systems
  • Programming evapotranspiration (ET) and conventional controllers for proper water management.
  • Being able to read and understand the technical specifications of controllers, valves, sprinkler heads, backflow preventers, basic hydraulics and low voltage troubleshooting
  • Be able to work overtime during peak seasons
  • Completing all assigned projects as scheduled, and working to meet all production goals for the team, while maintaining a very high level of job quality
  • Operating and understanding all tools and machinery used by our team. 
  • Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment. Being responsible for the security and well-being of the tools and equipment assigned to the team
  • Assisting in snow removal, as needed
